IMPORTANT – THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE “KEEN ON JOB” APP, ANY RELATED WEB SITES OR ANY OF THE “KEEN ON JOB” FUNCTIONALITY, CONTENT OR RELATED SERVICES.

Terms of use
Thank you for your interest in visiting, viewing and using our “Keen On Job” wed sites and apps (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BECAUSE THE TERMS ARE BINDING YOU AS A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT. BY EITHER CLICKING “I AGREE” OR “CONTINUE”, OR BY ACCESSING, BROWSING OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEGDE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT, AND DO NOT ACCESS, BROWSE OR USE THE APP, THE SITE, ANY CONTENT OR ANY PART OF THE SERVICES.

Any updates, new releases and other distributed modifications of the above are also governed as "Services" under this Agreement (the App and the Web Site, functionality and other services and content collectively, the "Services").

Any website, job portal or mobile application owned and operated by “Keen On Job” and its affiliates/subsidiaries or its service providers are defined as “Web Site”, “Site” and/or “App”

Eligibility
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. The Services are intended for use only by adults at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to form legally binding contracts under applicable law in order to use the Services.

Responsibility to Check Agreement Terms Regularly
Each time you access, browse, download or use any of the Services, you are deemed to ratify your agreement to the then-current terms and conditions of this Agreement. It if your responsibility to know and understand these Terms of Use, including any changes or additional terms added in accordance with the procedure in these Terms of Use. As a result, we strongly recommend that you check regularly for any updates or changes to these Terms of Use, which is accessible at any time on or through the Services.

Use and Validity of E-Mail Notices and Communications
By Providing your e-mail address to “Keen On Job”, you agree that “Keen On Job” may provide, and that you will accept and receive, all required notices related to the Services and this Agreement, including legal notices, from “Keen On Job” electronically, to the most current e-mail address that you have provided to us as your contact e-mail address. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Keen On Job” may in its sole discretion from time to time elect to provide required notices or other communications to you by other means that “Keen On Job” deems appropriate.

Any legal notices by your to “Keen On Job” relating to this Agreement should be sent by you to “Keen On Job” by e-mail to the following address: info@keenonjob.com.hk.

You hereby also consent to periodic newsletters and other types of e-mail communications from us, including customer service issues, new product offers and other matters, provided that you may choose to opt out of marketing and general information newsletter and announcement e-mail corresponding by clicking the appropriate box on the applicable page or screen or by contacting us at info@keenonjob.com.hk. However, we reserve the right to e-mail you at any time regarding issues related to your account and your use of the Services. The security of internet communication cannot be fully guaranteed. Therefore, while we use commercially reasonably efforts with respect to security of our Services, there is no way to guarantee security. In addition, we do not control internet communications, Therefore, we do not accept liability or responsibility for e-mail or other electronic communications that fail to be delivered, are lost, corrupted or otherwise not received or unintelligible, or that are intercepted.

“Keen On Job” Liability Regarding Job Opportunity and User Content
No screening or other verification by “Keen On Job”. “Keen On Job” generally does not verify or otherwise screen or validate (a) any job opportunity, related information or other User Content posted by Employers or (b) any profiles, resumes or other User Content posted by Job Seekers. This includes any information regarding the existence, characteristics and terms and conditions of the employment for any job opportunities listed by Employers, or the identity, qualifications or other profile information or other User Content posted by Job Seekers. In addition, “Keen On Job” does not get involved in, or control, any interactions and any resulting transactions between Employers and Job Seekers. “Keen On Job” makes no endorsement or approval, and assumes no obligations, with respect to any job opportunities, Employers or Job Seekers. While “Keen On Job” reserves the right to remove any User Content, it expressly undertakes no obligation to do so, and hereby disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability for failing to do so. You assume all risks associated with all Users with whom you may come into contact with in connection with the Services, and all User Content you may access on or through the Services.

Release of “Keen On Job” from User-against-User Claims
In the event of any dispute between you and any other user, then to the maximum permitted by applicable law, you hereby perpetually and irrevocably release and waive any and all claims and causes of action that you may have against, “Keen On Job” (including its affiliates) and their providers, and all directors, officers, employers and agents of the “Keen On Job” and its providers, from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual, indirect, lost, profit, consequential, punitive or otherwise), costs and expenses (including litigation and other dispute resolution costs and attorneys’ fees) of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.

“Keen On Job” Not a Legal or Personal Advisor
The Services are provided for your information purposes only. NEITHER “KEEN ON JOB” NOR THE SERVICES PROVIDE LEGAL, CAREER, EMPLOYMENT OR ANY OTHER ADVICE, RECOMMENDATION, REPRESENTATIION, OR ARRANGEMENT. “KEEN ON JOB” IS NOT A LEGAL, CAREER OR EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR. Your use of the Services does not create a relationship with “Keen On Job” as an employment agency or otherwise. The Services are intended. The Services are intended only to provide tools and platforms in the overall job related information exchanging process and information to assist job seekers and employers in your own independent research and you, as a job seeker, in your career decisions, and as as an employer, in your hiring decisions, using your judgement. The Services are broad in scope. Your personal situation is unique, and any information obtained through the Services may or may not be appropriate for your situation.

Use of Mobile Devices
If you are accessing the Services through a mobile devices, you agree that information about your mobile access may be disclosed to us, including information about your mobile access carrier and your mobile device. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all charges and all permissions necessary to access the Services through your mobile device carrier and on your mobile device.

Specific Uses – Employer
Upon payment of the service fee to us and/or upon other terms and conditions (if any) from time to time prescribed by us, the Employer will be entitled to use the Services to advertise job vacancies for a specific period. Employer will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their advertisement. We reserve the right to remove or edit, or require the removal or amendment of, any advertisement or web page as it sees fit Subject to the conditions or requirements as from time to time stipulated by us regarding the access of the Job Seekers' information, the Employers are entitled to access the Job Seekers' database maintained by us but agree that all information will only be used for the purpose of seeking potential employees and such information shall not be disclosed to any other parties without the prior consent of the Job Seeker concerned.

From time to time we may invest in marketing campaigns to promote your employer brand (including but not limited to Google ads, Yahoo – Bing ads, Baidu ads, Facebook ads, Twitter ads, ad networks, Demand Side Platforms, Real Time Bidding, retargeting and other programmatic buying strategies) and acknowledge that such promotion may be outside the domain of us or its subsidiaries / affiliates.

We also reserve the right to change the service fee or institute new charges or fees, from time to time, as it deems appropriate. In the event that any Employer fails to pay the service fee or any other fees or charges due to us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Employer’s web page and/or advertisement and/or right to access the Database, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies available to us.

Specific users - Job Seeker(s)
User(s) seeking employment on the Web Site / App (“Job Seeker(s)") agree to keep their Login name and password with care and not to disclose them to any other person. Job Seekers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and for any (authorised or unauthorised) use of the Login name and password. The Job Seekers agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of the same.

Job Seeker confirms and acknowledges that he/she discloses his/her personal data and all other information to the Employers and/or “Keen On Job” of his/her own volition when he/she applies for available job vacancies posted on or through the Site / App, and/or when Job Seeker uses the Site / App for purposes of submitting, uploading or posting his/her resume on the Site / App. By submitting, uploading or posting his/her resume on the Site / App, Job Seeker authorizes “Keen On Job” to store his/her resume and information or data related thereto in the database of “Keen On Job” (“Database”). Job Seeker may send his/her resume and the related information or data directly to any Employer who advertises on or through the Site / App. Alternatively, Job Seeker may send his/her resume and the related information or data to “Keen On Job” through the Site / App in reply to any job advertisement. In such event, Job Seeker’s resume and the related information or data will remain active on the Site / App and be stored in the Database at his/her own risk unless and until he/she chooses to delete them. Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees that his/her resume and the related information or data may be accessed by the Employers who have subscribed to the services of “Keen On Job” for the sole purpose of recruiting and assessing the suitability of Job Seekers. “Keen On Job” also reserves the right to reject, disapprove or edit any part of the Job Seeker’s resume and the related information or data as it sees appropriate and to erase any personal data which “Keen On Job” reasonably believes that such data are inaccurate, false, illegal, unlawful, infringe copyright / trademark / trade name / trade secret or infringe any other intellectual property rights or invade the privacy of the other having regard to the purpose (including any directly related purpose) for which the data are or are to be used.

Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees to “Keen On Job”’s practice of charging Employer a fee for access to the Site, the Database and/or Job Seekers’ resumes, details and the related information or data for the sole purpose of recruiting and assessing the suitability of Job Seekers and subject to the terms herein. Job Seeker also recognizes that he/she shall have no claims to any such fee received by “Keen On Job”.

“Keen On Job” will not release Job Seeker’s personal data to any Employer without his/her permission unless required by any authorized institution or obliged under the prevailing laws and regulations. Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees that “Keen On Job” will, if he/she so authorizes, release his/her resume (without his/her personal and contact information and name of his/her current employer) to Employer through the use of “Keen On Job”’s search engine or any other means for the sole purpose of enabling Employer to recruit and assess the suitability of Job Seekers in relation to any job vacancy. Job Seeker agrees that “Keen On Job” and its associated companies may use his/her personal data (without his/her name, address and other personal identifiable information) for marketing purposes which may be directed to either potential Employers, their respective agents or anyone under their employ.

Although “Keen On Job” shall use its reasonable endeavors to restrict access to the Database only to the Employers and personnel of “Keen On Job”, it does not guarantee that other parties will not, without “Keen On Job”’s consent, gain access to the Database. Job Seeker may disable searching or viewing of his/her resume by the Employers at any time. However, Job Seeker acknowledges that the Employers and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the Database may have retained a copy of Job Seeker’s resume. “Keen On Job” is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while the resumes are in the Database. “Keen On Job” will not be responsible or held liable in any way if any Employer or other user, in breach of the Terms and Conditions, whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere, uses the Job Seeker’s personal data, information or materials for any purpose other than for recruiting potential employees. Job Seeker accepts that all personal data, information or materials given to Employer or other users, or submitted on or through the Site, are given entirely at his/her own risk.

Specific Prohibited Uses
The Services may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. “Keen On Job” specifically prohibits any other use of the Services, and all Users agree not to do any of the following: (a) post any jobs on any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App for any competitor of “Keen On Job” or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with “Keen On Job”; (b) post jobs or content on any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App that contain hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading; (c) post jobs for modeling or talent or talent scouting positions on any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App; (d) use the Services for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the Database to sell or promote any products or services; (e) use the Services for commercial recruitment, executive search, staffing, outsourced employment or any other professional employment or recruitment activity; (f) post or submit to any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own; (g) post on any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an upfront or periodic payment, pays commissions only (except for postings that make clear that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling, in which case such postings are permissible), or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents; (h) send unsolicited mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a User of “Keen On Job”’s Site / App; (i) delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity; (j) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any “Keen On Job”'s infrastructure; (k) notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or use any part of the “Keen On Job”’s Site / App other than the matching engine and search agents available from “Keen On Job”’s Site / App and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari); (l) decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App; (m) aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the Content or information available from any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App, without express written consent from “Keen On Job”; or (n) frame or link to any Content or information available from any “Keen On Job”’s Site / App.

“Keen On Job” does not necessarily monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site / App. If you believe that something on the Site / App violates these Terms please contact our designated agent set forth below.

If notified by a User of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, “Keen On Job” may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. “Keen On Job” has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

The “Keen On Job”'s Liability
“Keen On Job”’s Sites / Apps act as a venue for Employers to post job opportunities and Job Seekers to post profiles and resumes and does not screen or censor the listings, including Profiles offered. “Keen On Job” is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, “Keen On Job” has no control over User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and “Keen On Job” makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on the Sites / App. “Keen On Job” may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for “Keen On Job”, damage “Keen On Job”’s brand or public image, or cause “Keen On Job” to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. While “Keen On Job” reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material from the Sites / Apps from time to time, “Keen On Job” does not assume any obligation to do so and disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
The Sites / Apps provide a venue for individuals to network for professional purposes and “Keen On Job” does not screen or censor the Profiles or User Content on the Sites / Apps. “Keen On Job” is not involved in the actual communications between the Employers and Job Seekers. As a result, “Keen On Job” has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Profiles or User Content submitted on the Sites / Apps and makes no representations about any Profile or User Content on the Sites / Apps.
In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other Users with whom you come in contact through the Sites / Apps. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using the Sites / Apps.
Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, “Keen On Job” cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior of participants on any Sites / Apps, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release “Keen On Job” (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
The Sites / Apps may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. “Keen On Job” makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content. The use of the Sites / Apps is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to Sites / Apps and may be made at any time. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by you on the Sites/ Apps. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on Sites / Apps. “Keen On Job” is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of any Site / Apps and “Keen On Job” shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any Sites / Apps.
“Keen On Job” cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Sites / Apps. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a User from “Keen On Job” through or from any Sites / Apps shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Dealings with Advertisers
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Web Sites / Apps, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that “Keen On Job” is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of the advertisers on the Web Sites / Apps.

Dealing with Other Users
Notwithstanding “Keen On Job” uses its best endeavors to provide impartial job seeking and recruitment services, and represents a media supporting information exchanged between Employer and Job Seekers, “Keen On Job” will not be involved in dealings or disputes between Job Seeker and Employer and “Keen On Job” shall not be responsible or held liable for the quality, security and legitimacy of the recruitment service. “Keen On Job” does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the information and/or the resume provided by Job Seeker or of the recruitment advertisements provided by Employer. “Keen On Job” does not guarantee that Employer will be able to pay the relevant remuneration or that Job Seeker will be competent to take the job offered by the Employer. Should any dispute arise between Employer and Job Seeker, Employer and Job Seeker should resolve such disputes between themselves and “Keen On Job” shall not be responsible and held liable for any disputes thereof.

Disclaimer of Warranty
“KEEN ON JOB” DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY WEB SITE / APP AND/OR ITS SERVICES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY WEB SITE / APP AND/OR ITS SERVICES ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOU’RE USE OF ANY CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, “KEEN ON JOB” IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. THE CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. “KEEN ON JOB”, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. “KEEN ON JOB” MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENTs, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL “KEEN ON JOB”, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON ANY “KEEN ON JOB”’s SITE / APP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT “KEEN ON JOB” IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

Limitation of Liability
Without prejudice to the above and subject to the applicable laws, the aggregate liability of “Keen On Job” to any user for all claims arising from or relating to his/her use of “Keen On Job”’s services and the Site / App shall be limited to the fees received by “Keen On Job” in respect of the services giving rise to such claims.

Termination
In the event that any information provided by the user is inaccurate, in breach of any laws or contains indecent elements, “Keen On Job” shall instantly abrogate the user’s account and membership without notice and reserves the right to take such action as it considers appropriate, desirable or necessary including but not limited to taking legal actions against such user. “Keen On Job” reserves the right at any time to immediately terminate or suspend any user’s account or access to the Site without notice, where “Keen On Job” is of the opinion that the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions or violated any law or regulation, and to take further action as “Keen On Job” in its sole discretion considers appropriate, desirable or necessary, including removing any material which it deems abusive, illegal, disruptive or inappropriate. “Keen On Job” shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether the user, Job Seeker or Advertiser has breached any of the Terms and Conditions, and such decision shall be final. In case “Keen On Job” has not exercised the right under this Clause, it shall not be deemed to be a waiver.

Force Majeure
Without prejudice to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limiting or disclaiming liability, “Keen On Job” is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, failure of the internet, power failure, failure of computer, telecommunication or other equipment, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortage of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, act of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts and non-performance of third parties

General
If any one or more of these Terms and Conditions, or their application in any circumstance, is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect for any reason, the validity, legality and enforceability of that term or condition in any other respect and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be impaired. No failure or delay on our part to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions is to be construed or operate as a waiver, nor does any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy by us preclude the further exercise of that right or remedy by us. We may assign at any time any or all of the rights and obligations contained in these terms and conditions to any party. If there is any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail. These terms and conditions and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to your use of the Company's Web Site shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and both you and the Company agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If there is any conflict between the English version and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

Florida Creation Limited built the Keen On Job app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Florida Creation Limited at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Keen On Job unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
“Keen On Job” pledges to meet fully with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. In doing so, “Keen On Job” will ensure compliance by its officers and staff to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality in respect of all personal information and data submitted by users via the Site and “Keen On Job” will not, subject to the terms herein, release such information to anyone without the prior consent of the relevant user(s) of the Site (whether registered or not) (“User(s)”).
Users are strongly recommended to read this Privacy Statement carefully to have an understanding of “Keen On Job”’s policy and practices with regard to the treatment of personal information and data provided by the Users on the Site. This Privacy Statement is applicable to both registered and unregistered Users, and the terms herein may be updated, revised, varied and/or amended from time to time as “Keen On Job” may deem necessary and/or appropriate.

In this Privacy Statement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings specified below unless the context otherwise requires:
“Employer(s)”: means user who places a job advertisement or promotes any job related activities via the Site.
““Keen On Job”, Company, We, Our, Us”: means “Keen On Job”
“Job Seeker(s)”: means users seeking employment.
“Sign up User(s)”: means Users who sign up on the Site to obtain services offered by “Keen On Job”. Unless the context provides otherwise, references in this Privacy Statement to “users” or “you” include references to generic users and Registered Users.
“Site”: means any website, job portal or mobile application owned and operated by “Keen On Job” and its affiliates/subsidiaries or its service providers.

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Data
In the course of using the Site, Users may disclose or be asked to provide personal information and/or data. In order to have the benefit of and enjoy various services offered by the Site, it may be necessary for Users to provide “Keen On Job” with their personal information and/or data. Although Users are not obliged to provide the information and/or data as requested on the Site, “Keen On Job” will not be able to render certain services on the Site in the event that Users fail to do so.
“Keen On Job”’s purposes for collecting and using the information and data on the Site include but are not limited to the following:
• for the daily operation of the services provided to Users;
• to assist Job Seekers to find appropriate employment with Employers and to assist Employers to assess the suitability of candidates for job vacancy for a wide spectrum of jobs and industries;
• to provide Users with various services offered by the Site and newsletters, job openings and promotional and marketing materials;
• to handle and follow up on enquiries, requests and complaints from Users;
• to contact Users regarding administrative notices and communications relevant to his/her use of the Site and to respond to Users’ inquiry or request;
• to assist “Keen On Job” with developments for future marketing and promoting purposes or other internal purposes;
• to verify the identity of Users who have posted advertisements, materials, representations, messages, views or comments or such other information (collectively “Information”) on the Site;
• to identify Users who have viewed the Information posted on the Site;
• to allow Users to enjoy their benefits as members of the Site by enrolling for special events and promotions hosted by “Keen On Job” and or its affiliates and or partner company;
• to identify Users who have enjoyed their benefits as members of the Site by receiving and using marketing promotional materials;
• to facilitate “Keen On Job” and/or its affiliates to use the Users’ personal data for the purposes relating to the provision of services offered by “Keen On Job” and marketing services and/or special event of “Keen On Job” and/or its affiliates;
• to obtain statistics about Users to analyze usage of the Site in order to help its further development for internal use; and
• for purposes other than the above mentioned which are related to “Keen On Job”’s and/or its affiliates’ provision of their product and/or services as “Keen On Job” may deem fit.
“Keen On Job” strives to only collect personal data which are necessary and adequate but not excessive in relation to the purposes set out hereinabove.
If “Keen On Job” requires the use of your personal data for a purpose other than those set out hereinabove, we will request your prescribed consent to the same. If you are a minor, the prescribed consent should be given by your parent or guardian.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Android Advertising ID. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
“Keen On Job” may collect personal information and/or data about a User such as his/her name, login ID and password, address, e-mail address, phone number, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level and work experience that is/are not otherwise publicly available. Occasionally, “Keen On Job” may also collect additional personal information and/or data from a User in connection with contests, surveys, or special offers.
Only duly authorized staff of “Keen On Job” will be permitted to access Users’ personal information and data, and “Keen On Job” shall not release such personal information and data to any third parties save and except for the circumstances listed out under the section headed “Disclosure or Transfer of Data”.

Service Providers, Disclosure or Transfer of Data
“Keen On Job” agrees to take all practicable steps to keep all personal information and data of Users confidential and/or undisclosed, subject to the following.
Generally speaking, “Keen On Job” will only disclose and/or transfer Users’ personal information and/or data to “Keen On Job”’s personnel and staff for the purpose of providing services to Users and corporate clients of “Keen On Job” who have made specific requests for such information and/or data with Users’ prior consent. However, “Keen On Job” may disclose and/or transfer such information and/or data to third parties under the following circumstances:
• where the information and/or data is disclosed and/or transferred to any third party suppliers or external service providers who have been duly authorized by “Keen On Job” to use such information and/or data and who will facilitate the services on the Site, under a duty of confidentiality;
• where the information and/or data is disclosed and/or transferred to any agents, affiliates or associates of “Keen On Job” who have been duly authorized by “Keen On Job” to use such information and/or data;
• where permitted under the “Terms and Conditions“;
• where “Keen On Job” needs to protect and defend its rights and property;
• where “Keen On Job” considers necessary to do so in order to comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation compliance with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Site;
• where “Keen On Job” deems necessary in order to deliver the products and services that we offer and cultivate a positive user experience; and
• where “Keen On Job” deems necessary in order to maintain and improve the services on the Site.
Personal data collected via the Site may be transferred, stored and processed in any country in which “Keen On Job” and/or its affiliates. By using the Site, Users are deemed to have agreed to, consented to and authorized “Keen On Job” to disclose and/or transfer their personal information and data under the circumstances stated above, as well as to any transfer of information (including the Information) outside of the Users’ country.

Employers and Online Applications
Making an online application to a job advertisement made by the Employer on the Site is a free and optional service that requires users to complete mandatory fields (for example first name, last name, phone and email) so that Employer can identify and contact the applicants. When you apply for a job advertisement on the Site applications, including attachments and cover letters, are:
• forwarded directly on to the Employer and/or its nominated representative; and/or
• stored in the database of “Keen On Job”.
By applying to a position advertised on the Site you are requesting that “Keen On Job” pass the information you provide to the relevant Employer and/or their nominated representative. Any questions you have relating to a position advertised on “Keen On Job”, your online application and/or the status of your application should be directed directly to the Employer or their nominated agent, not “Keen On Job”.

Any Personal Information retained by “Keen On Job” as part of your application will only be used in accord with this Privacy Statement. The use of your information (personal or otherwise) by Employers is not within the control of “Keen On Job” and if you have any questions about how an Employer uses your personal information or want to request access to any personal information that you have sent as part of an application, you have the right to contact that Employer directly.

Job Seekers’ Profile
“Keen On Job” provides all Registered Users (Job Seekers) with the option of creating a personal Profile (“Profile”). A Profile can include a resume, employment and educational history, contact details, salary expectations, and preferred job classifications and locations. Employers who are approved by “Keen On Job” are able to search Profile database to find and contact relevant candidates.
Employers who post job advertisement will only receive access to your contact information if you respond directly (apply via the Site) to the job advertisement by you.
Where your profile has been bought by an Employer, you have applied for jobs directly on the Site using your profile, that Employer will have access to your up-to-date profile, including your contact details (as updated by you from time to time) for a period expiring two years from the date your profile was purchased, or date the Job Ad you responded was posted (as the case may be) (maximum of 24 months).
All information provided when creating a Profile (including your name, resume, email address, telephone numbers, employment and educational history) may be used by “Keen On Job” for the purpose of improving placement opportunities for you or for tailoring specific products to you.
Where you create a Profile on the Site, you consent to your profile being viewed and/or accessed by Employers, which may result in the transfer of your personal data from Hong Kong to the other countries in which the other members of the group of “Keen On Job” operate.
Registered Users can modify their Profile or their resume at any time, by going to the appropriate area of the Site.
You may also elect to clear your Profile altogether except the necessary information for login etc. function. Cleared Profiles may still however be stored by “Keen On Job” in testing or backup systems for a period of time. “Keen On Job” reserves the right to disable or clear a Profile at any time at its sole discretion.
Employers that place job ads on “Keen On Job”, and that purchase Profiles are asked by “Keen On Job” to comply with all relevant laws and obligations relating to the use and disclosure of personal information. The use of your information (personal or otherwise) by these Employers is not within the control of “Keen On Job” and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of these companies.

Storing Your Resume and Other Certificate(s)
Registered Users may elect to store resume and other certificate(s) in their “Keen On Job” account, and use those resume and certificate(s) when applying for a job.
In order to provide Employer with the most relevant information about you, the resume attached to your Profile will also be scanned by “Keen On Job” and relevant content may be displayed to Employers in the “Keen On Job” advertiser database. If you do not want content from your resume to be displayed to Employers do not attach a resume.

Subscription of Newsletter/Promotional Materials/Marketing Materials
“Keen On Job” and its affiliates may from time to time send to members and Users of the Site newsletters, job openings and marketing materials based on the personal information and data that they have provided to “Keen On Job”. “Keen On Job” may use Users’ data in direct marketing and “Keen On Job” requires the Users’ consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this connection, please note that:
• the name, login ID and password, contact details, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level and work experience of Users held by “Keen On Job” from time to time may be used by “Keen On Job” and/or its authorized personnel or staff in direct marketing;
• the following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed:
• travelling related products and services;
• job-hunting and agencies services offered other than by “Keen On Job”;
• various courses and programs for Users seeking jobs and career opportunities;
• special events hosted by “Keen On Job” and its affiliates for members and Users, including but not limited to courses, workshops, and competitions;
• reward, loyalty or privilege programs and related products and services;
• special offers including coupons, discounts, group purchase offers and promotional campaigns;
• products and services offered by “Keen On Job”’s affiliates and Employers (the names of such affiliates and Employers can be found in the application form(s) for the relevant products and services, as the case may be);
• donations and contributions for charitable and/or non-profit making purposes;
However (except for where we assist charitable organisations) we will only market items which we believe are in the area of career related products and services.
• the above products, services and subjects may be provided or (in the case of donations and contributions) solicited by “Keen On Job” and/or;
• “Keen On Job”’s affiliates;
• third party service providers providing the products, services and subjects listed in paragraph (b) above; and
• charitable or non-profit making organizations;
• in addition to marketing the above services, products, and subject itself, “Keen On Job” also intends to provide the data described in paragraph (1) above to all or any of the persons described in paragraph (2) above for use by them in marketing those services, products and subjects, and “Keen On Job” requires the Users’ written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose; and
• “Keen On Job” may receive money or other property in return for providing the data to the other persons in paragraph (iv) above and, when requesting the Users’ written consent as described in paragraph (iv) above, “Keen On Job” will inform Users if “Keen On Job” receives any money or other property in return for providing the data to other persons.
In this regard, Users may choose to sign up or unsubscribe for such materials by logging into the registration or Users’ account maintenance webpage, or clicking on the automatic link appearing in each newsletter/message, or contact “Keen On Job” via e-mail at info@keenonjob.com.hk.

Access to or Request for Correction of Data
Any User is entitled to request access to or make amendments to his/her own personal information and data kept with “Keen On Job” by contacting “Keen On Job” via e-mail at info@keenonjob.com.hk. Subject to the paragraph below, User may alternatively edit, amend or delete his/her personal information and data at any time by logging into the Site.
In the event that a User wishes to access or amend his/her personal information and data, “Keen On Job” may request him/her to provide personal details in order to verify and confirm his/her identity. Identity card number or passport number or business registration certificate number cannot be amended unless such data is proved to be inaccurate. “Keen On Job” is required to respond to User’s requests within 40 days of his/her request and will endeavor to do so wherever possible, but “Keen On Job” reserves the rights to charge the User a reasonable fee for doing so.

Cookies and Log Files
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Non-registered Users who gain access to the Site via their accounts in online social networking tools (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Sina Weibo) are deemed to have consented to the terms of this Privacy Statement, and such Users’ personal data which they have provided to those networking tools may be obtained by “Keen On Job” and be used by “Keen On Job” and its authorized persons in and outside of the User’s country for the purpose of providing services and marketing materials to the Users. “Keen On Job” and its authorized personnel may gain access and use the personal data of such Users so obtained, subject to the other provisions of this Privacy Statement.
This Privacy Statement is only applicable to the Site. Users are reminded that this Privacy Statement grants no protection to Users’ personal information and data that may be exposed on websites other than the Site, and “Keen On Job” is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites. Testimonials
“Keen On Job” posts Users’ testimonials on the Site, which may contain personally identifiable information such as the Users’ names. “Keen On Job” does obtain the Users’ consent prior to posting the testimonials to post their names along with their testimonials.

The security of Users’ personal information and data is important to “Keen On Job”. “Keen On Job” will always strive to ensure that Users’ personal information and data will be protected against unauthorized access. “Keen On Job” has implemented appropriate electronic and managerial measures in order to safeguard, protect and secure Users’ personal information and data.

“Keen On Job” follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information and data submitted by Users to the Site, both during transmission and once “Keen On Job” receives it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while “Keen On Job” strives to protect Users’ personal information and data against unauthorized access, “Keen On Job” cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Retention of Personal Data
